Job Description

• Assist in preparing Space vs Sales analysis for new stores, renovation stores, and existing outlets.
   
• Support the development of store layouts and floor plans for new, renovated, and existing stores across all channels.
   
• Update and maintain existing store layouts in accordance with New Store Guidelines (training will be provided).
   
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines and progress is reported accurately.
   
• Assist in store fixture setup, relay projects, and product display adjustments to enhance visual presentation and space efficiency.
   
• Manage and communicate floor plan updates to stores for execution and ensure the latest versions are published and shared.
   
•  Provide accurate layout data, drawings, and information to relevant departments to support operational alignment. 

Job Requirements

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.  
• Strong interest in retail space planning, store layout, and visual display.
   
• Basic knowledge of layout planning tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
   
• Good attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
   
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
   
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
