What do we do?

<li>Collaborate closely with the internal Business Development team to conceptualize and develop compelling creative pitch proposals for events and activations.</li>
<li>Provide creative input and visual direction, transforming ideas and concepts into visually impactful designs.</li>
<li>Independently develop key visuals and design assets from initial concept to final execution.</li>
<li>Interpret and translate client briefs accurately to ensure the creative output aligns with project objectives.</li>
<li>Design and produce a variety of creative materials including, but not limited to, event key visuals, photo walls, branding collaterals, entrance arches, stage designs, engagement/activation booths, logos, customized structures, and other related visual assets.</li>
<li>Oversaw fabrication build-up in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.</li>
<li>Liaise with the client to ensure clear communication and alignment with project requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong sense of design, with attention to detail in color coordination, layout, and typography.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactiveness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of highquality outputs while working under tight deadlines and pressure.</li>

• Work with BD and clients to produce memorable activations.
• Run multiple projects solo, manage client liaison and on-site builds, deliver bold impact!
