Our Working Culture

<li>Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, training &amp; development, performance appraisal, compensation &amp; benefits, and employee relations. </li>
<li>Manage and maintain accurate and timely update of employee records. </li>
<li>Prepare HR documents and correspondences. </li>
<li>Handle attendance and leave record management </li>
<li>Perform payroll processing and complete within the timeline. </li>
<li>Ensure timely statutory submissions such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc. </li>
<li>Liaise with the authorities when necessary, and handle grant application.. </li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing company policies, rules and regulations, and  ensure the enforcement and compliance of Company Handbook &amp; Policies. </li>
<li>Advise the management on HR related regulations, laws, policies, processes, and other guidelines. </li>
<li>Assist to maintain workplace discipline. </li>
<li>Plan and organize staff welfare activities. </li>
<li>Manage employee claims. </li>
<li>Respond to employee on HR related queries and requests. </li>
<li>Handle administrative tasks and day-to-day general office administration and operations. </li>
<li>Assist Sales Consultant for issuing of Invoice and collection.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.</li>
