Payroll &amp; Compensation

<li>Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Manage monthly salary payments, overtime claims, allowances, and deductions.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD levy) in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee salary records, attendance, and leave databases.</li>
<li>Liaise with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting. &nbsp;</li>

HR Operations &amp; Administration

<li>Maintain and update employee personal files and HRIS system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, and warning letters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Assist in performance appraisal administration and performance data compilation.</li>
