Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our digital community, and strengthening our brand identity to attract new clients and boost awareness. If you have a passion for storytelling, content creation, and all things digital, we’d love to meet you!
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
📱 Content Creation & Scheduling
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
- Craft compelling captions and adapt content for different audiences.
💬 Community Management
- • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- • Foster an interactive and loyal online community.
📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting
- • Analyze engagement data and content performance using analytics tools.
- • Provide actionable insights to improve reach and effectiveness.
🎥 Visual Content & Video Creation
- • Assist in shooting and editing short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
- • Stay updated with social media trends and apply trending formats where relevant.
🤝 Team Collaboration
- • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns and messaging.
- • Support cross-departmental initiatives that require digital visibility.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
✔ Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing corporate or brand social media.
✔ Skills & Tools:
- • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- • Solid understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and analytics.
✔ Soft Skills:
- • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
