Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive brand growth and revenue. 
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, retailers, travel-related businesses, and ecosystem partners. 
  • Source new collaboration opportunities that increase market reach and customer acquisition. 

Channel Expansion

  • Develop new sales and distribution channels across Malaysia and regional markets. 
  • Explore retail, corporate gifting, B2B, travel, lifestyle, and experiential partnership opportunities. 
  • Expand ELALA's presence through strategic alliances and commercial collaborations. 

Business Growth Initiatives

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms. 
  • Develop business proposals, presentations, and partnership strategies. 
  • Lead discussions with key decision-makers and stakeholders. 

Brand Collaborations

  • Identify opportunities with influencers, travel brands, airlines, tourism partners, shopping malls, and lifestyle communities. 
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. 
  • Manage end-to-end partnership activations. 

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners. 
  • Maintain long-term relationships that generate recurring business opportunities. 
  • Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements. 

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related disciplines. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in: 
    • Business Development 
    • Strategic Partnerships 
    • Corporate Sales 
    • Channel Development 
    • Account Management 
  • Proven track record in generating partnerships and driving business growth. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment. 

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience within retail, consumer products, travel, lifestyle, mobility, or technology sectors. 
  • Existing network within travel, corporate, retail, or lifestyle industries. 
  • Experience launching new business channels. 
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
