JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to employees' inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and escalate more complex issues as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Maintain documentation of support processes, issues, and resolutions.
Assist with onboarding tasks, such as setting up new workstations and accounts.

Job Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate, Diploma in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, and basic networking principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
