Effectively participate in organizational growth by adding new trade partners through branch teams.</li><li>Ensure business growth through Key accounts, by developing the required level of relationship and engagement with decision makers &amp; key influencers.</li><li>Drive &amp; effectively implement major &amp; key initiatives at Branch level in areas of market development, product launch &amp; Sales operation.</li><li>Set sales forecast for the Branch along with micro level planning (Existing &amp; New partner planning, visibility plan, Demo activity plan, Influencer activity &amp;ASM wise deliverables).</li><li>Weekly review with ASMs on all KPI’s to ensure service levels are achieved to trade partner and customer satisfaction.
