May also oversee and support a network of dealers or agents to drive indirect sales.What you'll doSocial Commerce Strategy &amp; Sales:<ul><li>Develop and implement social commerce strategies to drive sales for TikTok Shop, Live commerce, Chat &amp; Shop</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align social commerce initiatives with overall marketing goals.</li><li>Set the guidelines and strategy for agencies, influencers, campaigns and partnerships.</li><li>Drive number of customers and sales on new sales channels (social commerce)</li><li>Steering the social commerce advertising campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.</li></ul>Category and Channel Management:<ul><li>Manage the channel and category strategy and execution plan to on board the right assortment by channel for assigned categories</li><li>Initiate and drive commercial planning and channel promotion to drive sales and excitement to customers</li></ul>Affiliates management, Livestreaming &amp; VDO shopping contents<ul><li>Collaborate and oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-driven contents tailored for various social commerce platforms (e.g. Tiktok Shop, Chat&amp;Shop)</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, affiliates and influencers, manage execution of Conversion-led social commerce campaigns.</li></ul>Customer Insights:<ul><li>Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.</li><li>Conduct regular market research to stay updated on social commerce trends and best practices.</li></ul>Operation Management:<ul><li>Working closely with operation team and Product Line team to ensure E2E support of social commerce sales channel.</li><li>Management LIVE slot and booking process with the agencies</li></ul>Reporting and Analytics:<ul><li>Prepare regular reports on social commerce performance, including key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and sales.</li><li>Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of social commerce initiatives.</li><li>Utilize social media tools and analytics to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.</li></ul>Who you are <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.</li><li>Strong understanding of social commerce trends and best practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.</li></ul>Why ElectroluxWe believe in delivering better living for consumers.
