Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who has a keen eye for visual storytelling, a love for digital content, and a passion for desserts.

This is a junior role, ideal for someone early in their creative journey who’s eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across photography, video editing, social content, and design. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring the Elevete brand to life online, through content that delights, engages, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Support

• Assist in planning and producing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email campaigns
• Capture and edit product photos and behind-the-scenes content
• Create short-form video content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, Stories) using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
• Design simple static visuals, carousels, and email graphics using Canva or Photoshop
• Write clear, engaging captions and simple email copy that align with Elevete’s tone of voice
• Support content calendar updates to ensure consistent posting across platforms
• Help maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints

Community & Campaign Support

• Assist in executing ideas for campaigns, seasonal launches, and social engagement initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Take feedback constructively and iterate on content accordingly
• Support basic content performance tracking, learn to interpret post engagement and reach metri
   

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of content creation or social media experience (internships and freelance welcome)
• Proficient in using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or other design/video editing tools
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Good eye for visual composition, branding, and storytelling
• Able to write simple, brand-aligned copy (social captions, product blurbs)
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet content deadlines
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative team environment
• Interest or experience in the F&B, lifestyle, or dessert space 
• Prior experience managing Instagram/TikTok for a brand or client 
• Exposure to email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Meta Business Suite analytics 
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Petaling Jaya
