You'll engage in continuous performance tracking and optimization, pushing campaigns beyond client expectations and refining your strategic skills. 3. What's The Gig?
In this role, you’ll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that’s engineered for the future of marketing. You’ll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

<li>Campaign Management: Assist with the setup and monitoring of CRM campaigns, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality standards.</li>
<li>A/B Testing: Help prepare materials and collect data for A/B testing under close supervision, learning about its effects on campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Data Management and Analysis: Support in gathering marketing data and participate in the basic analysis of campaign results. Help in preparing simple reports that contribute to campaign optimizations.</li>
<li>Marketing Technologies Exploration: Assist in the review of existing CRM channels like email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. Participate in basic research on best practices and support the supervised integration of new technologies.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Collaborate with CRM consultants and other team members, gaining insights into CRM management and day-to-day operations.</li>
<li>Client interaction: Observe client meetings to gain a basic understanding of client management and communication.</li>
<li>Cross-Channel Marketing Initiatives: Support more experienced team members in the development and implementation of cross-channel marketing tactics, learning about their planning and execution.</li>
