About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our IT team. In this role, you will primarily support customers using SQL-based accounting, payroll, and POS software, while also assisting internal staff with general IT needs. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both software and hardware support, while developing strong technical and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide online technical support to customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for customers and internal staff.
  • Support the IT team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Provide first-level technical support for SQL accounting, payroll, and POS software.
  • Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Maintain accurate support logs and documentation.
  • Support internal IT tasks such as hardware setup and network maintenance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Nice-to-Have Skills
