Junior Sales Executive will support the sales of retail technology solutions including POS systems, CRM, ERP, and TSHOP solutions. Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Generation
Assist in identifying new business opportunities for retail POS systems, CRM, ERP, and TSHOP solutions. Support the team in prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with retail clients, understand their operational needs, and propose suitable system solutions under guidance from senior sales members.
Product Demonstration
Assist in conducting product presentations and basic system demos to showcase how our retail solutions can improve store efficiency, inventory control, customer management, and reporting.
Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and proposals. Support monthly sales target achievement through proactive follow-up and coordination.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Learning & Development
Continuously learn about retail technology trends, POS innovations, and cloud-based business solutions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
