&nbsp;&nbsp;- Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers and seek new suppliers to improve the company’s procurement options.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency are consistently met.&nbsp;&nbsp;

2. Purchasing &amp; Inventory Control: 
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisitions, orders, purchase agreements, and follow-up to ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure that products are available as needed, without overstocking.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;

3. Cost Management &amp; Reporting: 
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Develop and maintain procurement reports, tracking spending, trends, and supplier performance to ensure budget compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Collaborate with finance to ensure all procurement activities align with company budgets and financial goals.

4. Compliance &amp; Risk Management: 
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Mitigate risks related to procurement by conducting supplier audits and ensuring proper documentation for all contracts and agreements.
