We are looking for a creative, organized, and fashion-savvy Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity for Melissa in both Malaysia and Singapore. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process—from conceptualizing local promotional campaigns to managing global brand assets and executing final production files.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a sharp eye for fashion trends, and is comfortable using both professional design suites and agile tools like Canva. &nbsp;&nbsp;
<h3>What You’re Expected to Do:</h3>
<h4>1. Campaign Conceptualization &amp; Design</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead Local Promotions: Take charge of creating the creative direction and Key Visuals (KV) for local promotional campaigns (e.g., Raya, CNY, 11.11, and End of Season Sales) for both MY and SG markets.</li>
<li>Omnichannel Execution: Translate campaign concepts into various media formats:</li>
<ul>
<li>Retail: Window displays, lightbox visuals, in-store signage, posters, and flyers.</li>
<li>Digital: eDMs, web banners, and digital advertisements.</li>
</ul>
<li>Brand Alignment: Ensure all localized creative work remains consistent with Melissa’s global brand identity and visual guidelines.</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. Social Media &amp; Content Optimization</h4>
<ul>
<li>Agile Design: Use Canva to produce fast-turnaround, high-volume social media layouts for daily engagement and promo updates.</li>
<li>Basic Video Editing: Edit brand-provided campaign videos for social use (e.g., trimming, adding subtitles, or resizing for Reels/TikTok).</li>
<li>Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current fashion and design trends to keep social content fresh and relevant.</li>
</ul>
<h4>3. Digital Asset Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Brand Custodian: Download and manage all global assets from the brand headquarters.</li>
<li>Organization: Maintain a systematic and tidy Google Drive library, ensuring all team members in MY and SG can easily access the latest campaign materials.</li>
</ul>
<h4>4. Production &amp; Coordination</h4>
<ul>
<li>Final Artwork (FA): Prepare files with correct formats, dimensions, and color specifications for final production.</li>
<li>Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with printers and vendors in both Malaysia and Singapore regarding specifications and production of in-store visuals.</li>
</ul>
