What We Do

enzee is seeking experienced accounting and finance for corporate services. The accounting and finance associate will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned.

&nbsp;Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including the preparation of periodic budget forecasts</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed</li>
<li>Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested</li>
<li>Assist in preparing year-end books for audit</li>
<li>Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities</li>
<li>Manage and handle account receivables and account payables, issue invoices, credit notes and debit notes, bank reconciliation, petty cash, staff claim, and other related matters regularly</li>
<li>Process vendor payments and check requests</li>
<li>Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule</li>
<li>Ensure all payments received must be invoiced without delay and cheque payment or e-banking made to creditors in accordance with policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Liaise and coordinate with the auditor, tax agents, banks, company secretary, government, and other statutory bodies.</li>
<li>Handle company’s confidential documents and ensure the effectiveness of office administration</li>
<li>Co-ordinate liaises with other departments with regard to financial matters</li>
<li>Perform basic office management duties as requested</li>
</ul>
