We partner with leading corporates across financial services, property, telco, government, and FMCG, delivering work across media intelligence, online reputation management, 360 marketing and creative, events and activations, and IT services. 
Role overview
Business Development Intern will support the BD team across the full client acquisition cycle, from research and outreach to proposal-building and pitch preparation. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to how an integrated agency identifies, engages, and wins corporate clients across Malaysia.
Key responsibilities
1.Research and lead generation
<ul>
<li>Research organisations, industries, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities</li>
<li>Assist with outreach to establish initial contact with prospects</li>
<li>Support in understanding client needs, purchasing structures, and key contacts</li>
<li>Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events with the BD team</li>
<li>Build and nurture relationships with clients.</li>
</ul>
2.Proposals and sales support
<ul>
<li>Prepare presentations, one-pagers, and sales materials</li>
<li>Support proposal writing, pricing, and pitch preparation</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams for client-facing inputs</li>
</ul>
3.Strategy and project support
<ul>
<li>Contribute to BD strategy discussions and planning sessions</li>
<li>Assist with pipeline tracking and CRM updates</li>
</ul>
