Primary Duties

• Support the processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Generate invoices, payment vouchers and other financial documentation
• Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and filing systems
• Assist with month-end closings and account reconciliations
• Communicate with suppliers or customers regarding payment issues
• Provide assistance with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a similar professional qualification
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail and aptitude for efficient task management
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for interacting with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
