<p>To assist Marketing Manager to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution while working closely with the marketing team, supporting teams (MIS), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.</p>

<li>&nbsp;To oversee, plan, execute and constantly update AsterSpring’s all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website and display advertising campaigns</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and execute digital campaigns and promotion ideas to increase followers, drive leads, improve engagement, drive website traffic and creating contents to generate brand awareness.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work closely with designer and internal team to provide support, drive ideas and to implement improvements.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors’ activities and industry best practices in order to stay abreast of the developments in the marketplace.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To manage, improve and update online contents of all the company’s social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and others.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Tracking daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Reporting campaigns and media KPIS to management on regular basis through various dashboards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Digital PR include combination of brand communication, liaison with influencers and posting of creative contents via social media.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To develop close relationships with local KOLs and bloggers in order to build a winning PR strategy for content creation and management</li>
<li>Develop relationships with the editorial teams from relevant third party websites e.g. Mall digital team, digital magazine team etc to ensure these sites are continuously updated with the latest product and service information</li>
