Job Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including customer service, booking and reservation management, and itinerary planning
• Conduct research on travel destinations, attractions, and upcoming events to enhance our product offerings
• Support the team in their daily task
• Participate in special projects and events organised by the company
• Provide administrative support as needed
