Perform the role of a bank maker by preparing payment instructions and transaction requests for management approval. 11. Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs. 12. Manage foreign currency transactions to minimize exchange losses. 13. Coordinate with banks to facilitate international wire transfers and other banking operations. 14. Develop treasury policies to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks. 15. Process and review employee claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies. 16. Ensure timely reimbursement and maintain proper documentation for all claims. 17. Keep organized records of claims and expenses for audits and reporting. 18. Maintain organized records of administrative activities and correspondence with shareholders.
