Job Description

 Working Hours:
9 hours per day, 6 days off per month
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Work from home initially; office-based later
Role Positioning:
A key participant in business decision-making and an expert in risk management. Through forward-looking legal research and structural design, identify and mitigate operational risks while providing legally viable solutions to support the company’s strategic execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

Empowering Contract Management:

• Draft and negotiate key commercial contracts based on underlying business logic. 
• Balance risk and efficiency through contractual terms to support business performance targets. 

Comprehensive Compliance System Development:

• Build dynamic compliance monitoring mechanisms across areas such as data security, antitrust, and industry regulations. 
• Embed compliance requirements into business processes, shifting from reactive remediation to proactive risk prevention. 

Strategic Dispute Resolution:

• Lead the handling and resolution of major disputes. 
• Develop holistic legal strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation and financial interests. 

Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy & Protection:

• Establish and strengthen the company’s IP portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. 
• Oversee global IP strategy and enforcement against infringement. 

Corporate Governance & Investment Support:

• Participate in equity structure design, board governance, and legal due diligence for investments, financing, and M&A activities. 
• Ensure the legal integrity and security of capital operations. 

Strategic Advisory:

• Act as an internal legal advisor by assessing the legal feasibility of new business models. 
• Provide commercially insightful legal recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law. 
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex legal frameworks and translate them into business-oriented insights. 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior management, business teams, and regulatory authorities in complex environments.
