Empowering Contract Management:
<ul>
<li>Draft and negotiate key commercial contracts based on underlying business logic.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Balance risk and efficiency through contractual terms to support business performance targets.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Comprehensive Compliance System Development:
<ul>
<li>Build dynamic compliance monitoring mechanisms across areas such as data security, antitrust, and industry regulations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Embed compliance requirements into business processes, shifting from reactive remediation to proactive risk prevention.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Strategic Dispute Resolution:
<ul>
<li>Lead the handling and resolution of major disputes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop holistic legal strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation and financial interests.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy &amp; Protection:
<ul>
<li>Establish and strengthen the company’s IP portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee global IP strategy and enforcement against infringement.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Corporate Governance &amp; Investment Support:
<ul>
<li>Participate in equity structure design, board governance, and legal due diligence for investments, financing, and M&amp;A activities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the legal integrity and security of capital operations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Strategic Advisory:
<ul>
<li>Act as an internal legal advisor by assessing the legal feasibility of new business models.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide commercially insightful legal recommendations to support strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>
