Job Description

  • Take dictation, Record meeting minutes
  • Data entry accurately
  • Carry out efficient documentations and filling system
  • Look for quality but cost-effective deals or suppliers
  • Assist in conducting online/ offline events
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during events
  • Prepare materials & presentations for meetings and events

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • SPM Leaver and above
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills (English & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Computer skills: Data entry to system analysis
  • Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to work collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and Eager to learn

Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday bi-weekly
