Job Description
The Kitchen Crew supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting cooks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food is prepared safely and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
- Support chefs and cooks during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Store ingredients properly and label items correctly
- Assist with dishwashing and waste disposal
- Follow SOPs and instructions from the kitchen supervisor or head chef
- Report any equipment issues or food safety concerns immediately
