Finsion Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Officer Interns to join our growing team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, and business development within the financial advisory industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with customer enquiries and provide professional assistance.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the sales team.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in achieving team sales and customer engagement targets.
• Perform administrative and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Internship placement of at least 3 months is preferred.
• Fresh interns with no working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin will be preferred and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
