Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, and WhatsApp in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Manage post-purchase support including warranty, product registration, and technical troubleshooting
- Liaise with logistics partners to resolve shipping or product return/exchange cases
- Maintain CRM records and help optimize customer service SOPs
- Support community events and product trial sessions (occasional weekend duties may apply)
Job Requirements
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a bonus)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social platforms (IG, FB, WhatsApp)
- Interest in sports, especially running, is a big plus
