<li>Proactively assess customer needs in Mandarin and recommend appropriate products or solutions with clear, friendly explanations.</li>
<li>Handle after-sales inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and follow up until the customer is satisfied.</li>
<li>Respond to online enquiries via social media and messaging tools and support online campaign sign-ups and follow-ups.</li>

<p><strong>Operations &amp; Administration</strong></p>

<li>Process and track customer orders using our systems and maintain accurate customer records.</li>
<li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations and sales reports, and assist with invoicing and document filing to keep operations running smoothly.</li>

<p><strong>Coordination &amp; Events Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with logistics on deliveries and returns to ensure timely fulfilment.</li>
<li>Support customer reception and on-site needs during roadshows, exhibitions, and company events, and assist with onboarding of new colleagues when required.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to improve communication and operational efficiency.</li>
