<h2>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Convert high-quality inbound leads into sales through consultative selling.</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and recommend the best fire safety solutions tailored to them.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.</li>
<li>Handle FMG product sales, including preparing and managing competitive sales quotations.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and order processing documentation accurately.</li>
<li>Work closely with operations and logistics to coordinate deliveries, training sessions, and installations.</li>
<li>Oversee progress billings and track payment collections to maintain a healthy sales cycle.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.</li>
<li>Follow up on inquiries, address customer issues promptly, and identify upselling opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software and generate sales reports.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize sales strategies.</li>
