Job Description

• Manage the complete sales cycle, achieve targets, and provide monthly forecasts.
• Actively promote Consumables, Service & Parts, building strong customer relationships.
• Use Salesforce or similar tools for sales management and analytics to plan, lead, and close deals.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
• Drive growth through comprehensive solutions for customers.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Ensure timely payment collection as per credit guidelines.
• Collaborate with Service Team and Equipment Sales Managers for end-to-end customer solutions.
• Responsible for customer account management and overall satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Should possess approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in selling consumables, Service and Parts within the Printing or Graphic Arts industry.
• Experience in using sales analytics tools such as CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms, along with proficiency in MS Office, is required.
• Must be open to travel and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently local Penang and residing in Penang with English,
• Mandarin reading and writing capability.
