Job Description

• Assist in preparing, updating, and organising project documentation, reports, and filing.
• Support project teams in tracking progress, work schedules, and site updates.
• Assist in the preparation of quotation documents, Variation Orders (VO), and progress claims.
• Help coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams on project-related matters.
• Perform data entry, document checking, and administrative follow-ups as required. 
• Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support general office and project administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently with supervision.
