Firetech Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Project Administration, to join our team. This position will require hands-on experience in constrcution business operations, administration, and support functions across various departments. You will work closely with experienced professionals and assist in tasks that contribute to the company’s operational efficiency. &nbsp;&nbsp;
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and coordination.</li>
<li>Help prepare documentation, recordings and reports on projects assigned.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage all incoming and outgoing communications on project-related correspondence with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Finance and Project departments for timely submission of monthly progress claims to cleints.</li>
<li>Support cross-functional projects and ad hoc duties from time to time</li>
<li>Participate in internal meetings and take notes or follow-up actions as required.</li>
</ul>
