Job Description
About the Role:
The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (I) role will be responsible for providing end-to end user / business support for testing and quality assurance of the solution during project delivery.
The QA is expected to:
- Test requirement analysis, test case writing, test report output to ensure test quality.
- To provide end-to-end user/ business support for the solution and application in project delivery.
- To assist and execute test cases for new application requirement.
- To troubleshoot and analyse application issue.
- To manage and deploy application fixes/version release into various test environment.
- To perform the testing and quality assurance tasks and test independently.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with ERP systems, digital applications, and mobile applications.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector will be an advantage.
- Understand the basic concept of Unix, Linux, programming, database and SQL.
- Good understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English,
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage (Not a must).
