<li>Prepare letters and documents, and follow up on the related procedure</li>
<li>Assist with preparation and filing of statutory documents and annual returns.</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Perform regular administrative work at office</li>
<li>Book meeting rooms and arrange department group functions and bookings</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned</li>
