Job Description

1. Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with a variety of problems and applying creative problem-solving methods
2. Have full working knowledge of the service associate in order to respond to every customer inquiry with confidence. 
3. Support the client in preparation of various corporate secretarial document
4. Monitor customer problems and needs to anticipate inquiries and respond to issues immediately as they occur
5. Understand how to use the company knowledge base to prepare for each customer interaction while taking detailed notes
6. Prevent the escalation of customer issues by collecting and analysing information provided before interacting with the customer
7. Greet customers in a friendly manner and offer to help in whatever way required to maintain positive company image

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Corporate Administration or any related fields.
2. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
3. Great communication abilities, including written and verbal communication
4. Patience, empathy and professionalism
5. Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
6. Effective time management, prioritizations and multitasking skills
7. Experience with company secretarial matters preferred.
