Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on turning opportunities into partnerships? At FrameMotion Studio, we craft extraordinary events that blur the line between storytelling and reality. Here, you won’t be going it alone — you’ll be backed by a passionate, close-knit team that brings creativity, production expertise, and marketing firepower to every project. If you love the thrill of the chase, the art of the deal, and the energy of a team that wins together — this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

  •  Hunt, pitch, and close — identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate events, brand activations, and immersive entertainment projects, delivering compelling proposals tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  •  Own your client relationships — build deep, long-lasting partnerships by understanding what clients truly need and matching them with event solutions that wow, with the full support of your team behind every promise you make.
  •  Drive revenue with strategy — develop and execute smart sales strategies to hit individual and team targets, while staying ahead of market trends and competitor moves.
  •  Be the face of the brand — represent FrameMotion Studio at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to grow your professional network and elevate brand visibility.
  •  Collaborate to win — work hand-in-hand with our marketing, production, and events teams to ensure every deal is backed by a seamless, end-to-end client experience; your wins are the team’s wins.
  •  Lead end-to-end project execution — manage A to Z delivery of event projects, coordinating closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.
  •  Lead negotiations — on pricing, scope, and contract terms to close deals that reflect the studio’s value and quality.
  •  Maintain accurate CRM records — of pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports to keep the whole team aligned and informed.

Job Requirements

What You Bring

  •  A natural communicator and team player — proven negotiation skills and excellent communication across teams, clients, and suppliers; you’re as comfortable rallying internal stakeholders as you are leading a client pitch.
  •  The drive to own your results — and lift others — self-motivated and results-driven, you take initiative independently while knowing when to loop in the team to deliver something truly exceptional.
  •  A relationship-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy building trust with clients, partners, and colleagues alike; your network grows because people enjoy working with you.
  •  Event management expertise — hands-on experience managing events from A to Z, including proposal preparation, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up — ideally with a team alongside you.
  •  Proven ability to perform under pressure — excellent stress management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as part of a coordinated team effort.
  •  Tech-savvy and organised — proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tracking software, with sharp time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
  •  Adaptable and industry-curious — comfortable travelling for client meetings, flexible when needed, and bonus points if you already know the immersive events world.
  •  2–3 years of experience — in events, entertainment, experiential marketing, or creative industries is highly advantageous; direct event management background is a strong plus.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  •  A collaborative, tight-knit team that supports each other and celebrates wins together.
  •  Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
  •  Flexible clock-in hours for real work-life balance.
  •  Unlimited snacks, coffee, tea, and more.
  •  Paid medical leave and 15 paid public holidays.
  •  Monthly car park contribution.
  •  A creative, comfortable workspace built for collaboration and big ideas.
