Job Description

•  Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Coordinate internal communication, including scheduling meetings and updating records.
• Help in monitoring and maintaining office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination. 
• Assist in finance/operations tasks like invoice processing, expense tracking, and record-keeping.
• Participate in projects to improve workflow efficiency and administrative processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive working attitude, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months (longer duration preferred).
• Working Location : A-9, 2nd Floor, Pusat Komersial Kuantan Perdana, Jalan Tun Ismail, 25000 Kuantan, Pahang
• Able to report immediately / as soon as posibble
