&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Responsibilities

<li>Order Management</li>
</ol>

<li>&nbsp;Receive and confirm customer orders, including product type, grade (e.g., SCAA/SCAE standard), quantity, delivery schedule, and any special requirements (e.g., Organic or Fair Trade certification)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Convert customer orders into internal orders and coordinate with purchasing, quality control, and warehouse departments to initiate stock preparation</li>
</ul>
2. Production Follow-Up
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor production progress to ensure compliance with customer specifications (e.g., roast level, grind size)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate with third-party labs for quality inspection and moisture content testing</li>
</ul>
3. Documentation Handling
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare export documents: Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, etc.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Review and prepare customs declaration and clearance document.</li>
</ul>
4. Logistics Coordination
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Book shipments with special attention to temperature-controlled or light-sensitive container requirements</li>
<li>&nbsp;Track sea/air freight movements and manage issues such as humidity control and cargo damage during transit</li>
</ul>
5. Risk Management
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor coffee futures price fluctuations and assess impact on order costs</li>
<li>&nbsp;Track and flag policy changes in origin countries that may affect exports</li>
</ul>
6. Customer Service &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status and port arrival notifications</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle customer complaints (e.g., flavor deviations, packaging damage)</li>
</ul>
