THE POSITION: Human Resource Executive
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Human Resource Executive to join the HR Team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.&nbsp;
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, this role will be the HR Business Partner to our country teams, responsible for talent acquisition &amp; management and administration of compensation and benefits. As a HR Executive, the candidate will also lead group wide HR initiatives/activities such as policy/procedures reviews, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, employer branding etc.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for all HR related matters for Malaysia (including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration and training)</li>
<li>Support HR related matters for up to 2 other countries.</li>
<li>Maintain regional HRIS &amp; manage HR files and documentation with a focus on ensuring compliance, accuracy and confidentiality</li>
<li>Lead in roll out and management of group wide HR initiatives.</li>
</ul>
