- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring.
- Prepare employment contracts, offers, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth transition into workplace culture.
2. Employee Relations & Workplace Discipline
- Act as the main contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff behavior trends.
- Issue official HR correspondences including warnings and termination notices.
- Administer disciplinary actions in line with labour laws and company policies.
3. Performance Management
- Conduct probation evaluations and provide recommendations for confirmation or extension.
- Identify underperformance cases and collaborate with supervisors on corrective action plans.
- Track productivity metrics and present performance trends to management.
- Support career development planning and internal mobility opportunities.
- Maintain documentation of coaching, counseling, and improvement follow-ups.
4. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks to stay compliant with current labour regulations.
- Manage HR audits and ensure all documents are accurate and organized.
- Handle statutory submissions and ensure adherence to workplace requirements (e.g., Employment Act).
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with company standards.
- Standardize templates for HR forms, disciplinary letters, and memo issuance.
5. Payroll & Compensation Coordination
- Validate OT calculations, allowances, leaves, and benefit claims with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely distribution of payslips and responses to salary-related queries.
- Monitor staff benefits such as leave entitlements and attendance allowances.
- Assist leadership in evaluating fair compensation structures based on market benchmarks.
- Maintain coordination with Finance for smooth payroll reporting and budgeting.
6.HR Reporting & Strategy
- Analyze HR data (turnover, absenteeism, manpower shortages) to support decision-making.
- Provide insights to management on staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Prepare documentation for internal evaluations and operational reviews.
- Highlight compliance or disciplinary risks and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support management in aligning HR priorities with business growth direction.
7.Employee Engagement & Workplace Support
- Plan engagement activities that strengthen teamwork and motivation.
- Conduct surveys or informal check-ins to assess employee satisfaction.
- Monitor working conditions and raise recommendations for improvement.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support mental well-being and fair treatment of employees across departments.
