Job Responsibilities

<li>Monitor and oversee the product listings, pricing, and promotions across all eCommerce platforms. Ensure the website is fully optimized for traffic, performance, user experience, and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Implement online sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and increase online sales.</li>
<li>Monitor and managing the company’s customer service activities and ensuring all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer retention. Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance and provide insights for improvement.</li>
<li>Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.</li>
