Job Description

Manage company e-commerce business by driving online sales, optimizing digital platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will play a key role in shaping our digital strategy while working closely with marketing, operations, and retail teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the product listings, pricing, and promotions across all eCommerce platforms. Ensure the website is fully optimized for traffic, performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Implement online sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and increase online sales.
• Monitor and managing the company’s customer service activities and ensuring all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer retention. Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce and 2year in managerial role for team lead
• Proficiency in website and platform management
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's
