Job Overview:

<li>We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our social media</li>
<li>presence and elevate our brand’s online visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a monthly social media content calendar, managing influencer and affiliate programs, planning brand events, building a strong online community, and fostering brand collaborations for internal and external marketing.</li>

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning &amp; Execution:
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand messaging</li>
<li>Create and design engaging posts, stories, and multimedia content for various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, tone, and voice, and optimized for each platform.</li>
</ul>
Influencer &amp; Affiliate Program Management:
<ul>
<li>Source and manage relationships with influencers and affiliate partners to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic</li>
<li>Oversee the creation of influencer/affiliate campaigns, negotiating terms, deliverables, and compensation</li>
<li>Track performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns, ensuring measurable success and return on investment (ROI).</li>
</ul>

Brand Collaborations &amp; External Partnerships:
<ul>
<li>Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, businesses, and content creators to boost brand visibility and expand the reach</li>
<li>Collaborate with external partners on joint campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to leverage their audience and build brand credibility</li>
<li>Assist in managing and maintaining positive relationships with partners to ensure long-term successful collaborations</li>
<li>To support offline retail customers with social media content (videos and visuals), and to look into ways to collaborate with retail pharmacies using social media</li>
</ul>
Brand Events &amp; Campaigns:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and promote brand events, including virtual and in-person events,</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;product launches, workshops and to coordinate any materials (printed and online
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;materials) required for the event with designer.

<li>Develop engaging content and promotional strategies to increase attendance,</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;engagement, and visibility of events.

Community Building &amp; Engagement:

<li>Build and nurture a loyal online community by interacting with followers,</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions

<li>Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics, identifying trends, and</li>
</ul>

<li>Organize and participate in online initiatives (challenges, giveaways, etc.) to engage and grow the brand’s social media community.</li>

<li>Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, producing reports to track</li>

<li>Identify opportunities for optimization, suggesting adjustments to content and</li>
</ul>

Trend Analysis &amp; Innovation:
<ul>
<li>Stay up to date with social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to keep the brand’s content and strategies innovative and ahead of the curve</li>
<li>Experiment with new social media platforms, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and diversify the brand’s online presence.</li>
</ul>

Requirements: Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, influencer marketing, or a
similar role.
 Ability to shoot and edit compelling, engaging creative content for social media (shoot
videos) with good turnaround time.
 Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools (e.g.,
Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
 Experience in managing influencer relationships and affiliate marketing campaigns.
