We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting & Finance Intern to support our finance and accounting department. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial reporting, bookkeeping, invoice processing, and basic financial analysis within a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks 
• Support preparation of invoices, payments, and receipts 
• Help in data entry and maintaining financial records 
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements 
• Perform bank reconciliation and basic account checks 
• Support audit and documentation preparation 
• Assist with filing and maintaining financial records 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related field 
• Internship duration: minimum 3 months (preferably 3–6 months) 
• Able to work full-time during internship period 
• Basic understanding of accounting principles 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 
• Good attention to detail and accuracy 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
