Our Mission

As an Architecture / Draftsman Intern, you will assist our Architecture and Project Development team in preparing drawings, coordinating design documentation, and supporting ongoing property development projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real construction and development projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and construction details using AutoCAD.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update and revise drawings based on architects' or management's instructions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare submission drawings and presentation drawings when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in site measurements and verification of existing conditions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments regarding design matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize project drawings and documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with any other architectural or technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li>
</ul>
