Job Description

As an Architecture / Draftsman Intern, you will assist our Architecture and Project Development team in preparing drawings, coordinating design documentation, and supporting ongoing property development projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real construction and development projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and construction details using AutoCAD. 
• Update and revise drawings based on architects' or management's instructions. 
• Prepare submission drawings and presentation drawings when required. 
• Assist in site measurements and verification of existing conditions. 
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments regarding design matters. 
• Organize project drawings and documentation. 
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements. 
• Assist with any other architectural or technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field. 
• Internship period of at least 3 months is preferred. 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required. 
• Familiar with architectural drawings and construction detailing. 
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings. 
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Able to accept feedback and work under deadlines. 
• Applicants with their own transportation are preferred. 
• Preference will be given to students in their final or penultimate semester.
• Applicants residing in Terengganu or nearby areas with their own reliable transportation are highly encouraged to apply.
