Responsibilities:

<li>Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.</li>
<li>Perform data entry tasks, maintain spreadsheets, and create presentations.</li>
<li>Prepare posts and deliverables for various communication channels.</li>
<li>Create engaging and effective copy for marketing materials and internal communications.</li>
<li>Maintain office systems and provide general support to the management and staff.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor variances between actual and budgeted figures.</li>
<li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely payment of invoices.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with local regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and provide forecasts.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits and provide insights based on financial data for better business decisions.</li>
