The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership ability by ensuring repair processes meet quality requirements, EHS regulatory requirements and operational objective.<h1>Job Description</h1>Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as Special Process Owner as define in company procedure.</li><li>Provide operational and technical leadership on repair processes as well as improving existing current process in shop.</li><li>Prepare and control Process Documents applicable to repair process area as per GEESM internal procedure.</li><li>Review and approve all Repair routers/ Process Sheet, consumables and Equipment related to Welding and Heat Treatment.</li><li>Responsible to undertake the necessary corrective and preventive action resulting from quality non-compliance monitoring and audit program.</li><li>Initiates, identifies, recommends, and leads projects in the area of responsibility to improve product safety, quality, and cost.</li><li>Work closely with production and maintenance teams to perform troubleshooting activities, lead improvement projects, and problem-solving events and resolve equipment/downtime issues.</li><li>Other relevant duties as assigned by superior.</li></ul>Qualifications / Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Material Science Engineering.</li><li>A minimum of 7 years’ experience in areas related to Manufacturing / MRO industry.</li><li>Non-Aviation industry are also can be considered.</li><li>Essential (Must Have) theoretical and practical knowledge/experience in Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Heat Treatment process.</li><li>Prior experience in area of R&amp;D or New Product Introduction Initiatives</li><li>Solid critical thinking skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to stakeholders).</li><li>Strong decision-making skills and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to utilize Route Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to identify and analyze problems.</li></ul>Desired Characteristics:<ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Able to work with internal and external team.</li><li>A good team member and also showing good leadership behavior.</li><li>Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.</li><li>Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.</li><li>Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative.</li><li>Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.</li></ul><h1>Additional Information</h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Relocation Assistance Provided: No</div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
