PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Pulau Indah, Klang)

Responsibilities:

• To check daily production line performance and prepare timely production report.
• To check and monitor process control parameter.
• To arrange and assign work task to workers.
• To monitor work done by workers in accordance to established process flows, WI, SOP, rules and regulations.
• To ensure the workers follow all the safety measures and perform their tasks safely.
• To report on any plant & machinery break down and attend to minor maintenance.
• To check and ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times.
• To provide guidance and on the job training to workers.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification. Degree holder will be added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a chemical plant.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess strong supervisory skill and good team player.
• Possess good self-discipline and working attitude with high adaptability to changes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work with different departments.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Able to work in Pulau Indah, Klang.
