PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Pulau Indah, Klang)

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>To check daily production line performance and prepare timely production report.</li>
<li>To check and monitor process control parameter.</li>
<li>To arrange and assign work task to workers.</li>
<li>To monitor work done by workers in accordance to established process flows, WI, SOP, rules and regulations.</li>
<li>To ensure the workers follow all the safety measures and perform their tasks safely.</li>
<li>To report on any plant &amp; machinery break down and attend to minor maintenance.</li>
<li>To check and ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times.</li>
<li>To provide guidance and on the job training to workers.</li>
</ul>
