Job Description

Job Summary

The Executive, Finance is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and proper documentation. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and assisting the finance team in operational and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all balances are accurate, complete, and prepared on a timely basis. 
  • Prepare payment vouchers and accurately key in supplier invoices into the AutoCount accounting system. 
  • Process Goods Received Notes (GRN) in AutoCount for incoming shipments and ensure proper matching with purchase invoices. 
  • Record and key in sales returns from retailers accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Export monthly orders and income statements from e-commerce marketplaces for reconciliation, reporting, and analysis. 
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping of accounting documents for audit and reference purposes. 
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support. 
  • Support month-end closing activities and provide assistance during audits when required. 
  • Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the finance team or management.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software is an added advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
