<p>&nbsp;Assisting the HR &amp; Admin on administrative matters among others but not limited to:-</p>
<ul>
<li>Actively participate in the Recruitment process*</li>
<li>Handle a full spectrum of recruitment activities, i.e., advertising, database applications, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and the hiring process.</li>
<li>Conducted briefing sessions for new staff and introduced them to all staff and middle management.</li>
<li>Administer internship applications from local universities</li>
<li>To handle day-to-day administrative tasks, i.e., monitor staff e-leave using the  Worksy system and other related work and part of the Company's utility bills and invoices</li>
<li>Responsible for Staff Performance Appraisal*</li>
<li>Monitor staff under probation and contract basis and submit Performance Appraisal Form to Immediate Supervisor</li>
<li>Prepare a letter of confirmation</li>
<li>Assist in the distribution of Performance Appraisal Forms to all HOD</li>
<li>Record and filing Performance Appraisal form by the department</li>
<li>Manage Staff Training &amp; Development*</li>
<li>Assist the Head of HR &amp; Admin to organize in-house training &amp; development programs or staff relation programs i.e. recreational, social and sport activities</li>
<li>Handle and coordinate with staff/dept. on training requisition</li>
<li>Liaise with training organizer for every training request</li>
<li>Prepare proposal document for Head of HR &amp; Admin to get approval from Management</li>
<li>Administer training database, update, and training programme to staff</li>
</ul>
