Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:
 

• Organize kids’ art events like workshops, exhibitions, and community art days.
   
• Work with art instructors and guest artists to create fun activities.
   

Vendor & Supply Management:
 

• Order art supplies, decorations, and other materials.
   
• Keep track of event supplies and inventory.
   

Marketing & Promotion:
 

• Help promote events on social media, emails, and flyers.
   
• Create event descriptions and graphics for promotion.
   

Event Setup & Execution:
 

• Set up event spaces and ensure all materials are ready.
   
• Make sure events run smoothly and safely for all attendees.
   

Parent & Community Engagement:
 

• Communicate with parents about event details.
   
• Make families feel welcome and gather feedback for future events.
   

Post-Event Reporting:
 

• Collect feedback from participants and parents.
   
• Help prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.
   

Budgeting:
 

• Assist in creating event budgets and keep track of costs.
   

Job Requirements

Education: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Art Education, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:
 

• Experience working with kids and families is highly preferred.
   

Skills:
 

• Organization: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and events at once.
   
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with kids, parents, and staff.
   
• Creativity: Ability to come up with fun and engaging art activities for children.
   
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourceful when issues arise during events.
