<li>Work with art instructors and guest artists to create fun activities. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Vendor &amp; Supply Management: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Order art supplies, decorations, and other materials. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep track of event supplies and inventory. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Marketing &amp; Promotion: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Help promote events on social media, emails, and flyers. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Create event descriptions and graphics for promotion. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Event Setup &amp; Execution: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Set up event spaces and ensure all materials are ready. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Make sure events run smoothly and safely for all attendees. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Parent &amp; Community Engagement: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Communicate with parents about event details. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Make families feel welcome and gather feedback for future events. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Post-Event Reporting: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Collect feedback from participants and parents. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Budgeting: &nbsp;

<li>Assist in creating event budgets and keep track of costs. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
