Job Description

• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative content ideas for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets using editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Plan, write, and edit engaging captions, or posts that effectively communicate the brand message.
• Collaborate with the team to produce content for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Edit and refine video and photo content for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Research trends in social media, design, and content marketing to suggest innovative approaches.
• Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms.
• Assist in analyzing content performance and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Support ad-hoc design and content-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or equivalent program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
• Must possess basic skills in graphic and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and layout design.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take on challenges, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
